New England Champions A Parent’s Perspective "I’d love to see them win a close game," I commented to Dan Bailey on Friday night. "Not too close," he replied, "my heart can’t take it." A close game would be good, I thought, it would help the team appreciate more deeply what it has accomplished. Dan explained earnestly "I just want them to win. I don’t care how they do it." Deep down, I agreed with him. |

From The Coach
Who would of thought that after losing our
first game 2-0 we would go on and outscore our opponent 235 to
48....As for me I still don't know which Hutch brother scored and I
want to keep it that way....We had 10 different players cross the goal
line...I can not wait to see what first year players Jeff Jones, Pat
Bailey and Matt McNiff can do when they learn the game (wink
wink)....This is the first C team I know of with 6 nine year olds,
that shows promise for the future....The five captains will be on the
radio this Friday morning at 7 a.m. on WBACH 104.9 talking about the
season...Some of my best play calls this year where by Jason
Fullerton.....
Thanks to all the parents for their
support this year...Mr. Aiken for doing the book...Mr. Blazo for
heading up the chain gang.....To all the parents that helped with the
second canning... to the Pop Warner E Board for all their help....to
the Cheerleaders except the ones in room 537 for keeping poor Jason
and me awake...To Holly Lawler and her float crew second place great
job....Mike Lawler the one man cheering squad complete with noise
makers...To Toma and Doug Kline for the Monday recaps of the games and
helping to keep my head out of the clouds and feet on the ground...To
Moe for letting me coach you guys....to every parent that every said
