Beverly B-Team Captures State Title With Sixth Straight Shutout   The Beverly Pop Warner B-  Team won the Massachusetts State B-Division Champion- ship Saturday with a 14-0 victory over the South County Indians.  The win puts the Beverly kids in the New England semifinals on Sunday in Braintree.    The Bad Dawgs scored the only touchdown they would need when Jason Fullerton connected with J Michael  Nardella on a 32-yard pass play in the second quarter.  The score remained 6-0 until the final two minutes when Pat Bailey scored on an eight-yard run and Jared Kusiak added the two point conversion kick. The shutout was the Dawgs' eighth in 12 games this season. They have not been scored upon since a Triton overtime touchdown on October 14th. The Bad Dawg defense has allowed only three touch- downs in regulation play all season, the last being vs. Brighton back on October 7th.
